Video recorded answers for the first portion of the interview, and I only had two chances to do the recording (it was timed as well). There was then a second interview where I had to teach two questions to the interview who pretended to be a difficult student.

Question 1
They asked about classroom management, what made me want to work for Kaplan - most of the interview was the mock session where they had me model teaching.
Told to teach a lesson, was given lesson plan to do. Need to guide 3 students through a lesson, one person did not get it. Interviewer acts as the 3 students. kind of tripped me up when she went through them.

Had a pleasant interview process. The whole thing was quick and timely, finished all three parts of the interview process within 4 weeks. Everyone was very friendly, and the whole interview process was online, which was pretty convenient for me.
