Ghosting candidate is normalized here and the interview was conducted very quick. It was done with a HR, then user interview, followed by a business case presentation. FYI would not recruit professionals but rather fresh graduates due to lower budgets. Overall, the HR could have at least gave a thank you note to candidates who have invested their time & efforts throughout the recruitment process.

Very smooth, average interview questions. Must be prepared and calm as it will be into the point. The team is very clear and helpful. The process took around a month and it involved a case study.
