30 Min phone interview, mostly behavioral questions. Then, as others have described, a 2-3 hours in-person interview that included a case study. The interview portion was pretty standard. The case study involved interpreting data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations. It concluded with a brief "shadow" or meeting with a current analyst. This was nice to get a sense for what my future role would be.
