The process begins with a test (apti,sql,oop,coding) with a criteria of 75% to move to next round that is interview round. The interviewers mainly focus on SQL, OOP and a basic program. However , you must overperform to get shortlisted.

In my case it was Campus hiring shortlisted, coding test 1 question and MCQ test 20 question ,one to one interview technical interview ,after selecting in this HR interview then offer letter is given this is all process I go through
