Went in to interview with the Inside Sales Manager. I was overdressed for the occasion in a cheap suit. It went well and he took me to see the Director of Sales. We chatted for a bit. More of a conversation than an interview. He was basically just trying to drop the interview formalities and made sure I passed the vibe check. I was told I got the job right there.

The phone interview was great. It was followed by about a week of wait, then followed by another quick interview to ask some last minute questions. The whole process was pretty laid back and easy to get through. Everyone was amiable. This concluded with an email job offer.
