Took a long time to get from stage to stage and when in my final interview, the manager was very unprofessional. When asked for feedback at the end she said I answered everything really well and had no hesitation but this just shows a lack of integrity because the feedback I later received was bizarre. I wasn't offered the role because I didn't have a good enough reason to go travelling to Australia on my gap year (?), I said I didn't want to cold call (literally a lie because I said I'd be excited because I have experience (?) and that I didn't mention the research and independent study I conducted which was on my CV, yet I did bring it up just not in huge detail as I was never asked about anything remotely related to independent study related to sales. Very odd experience and lack of integrity and listening ability is ironic due to it being a sales position...
It’s long - first stage is a phone call, then a meeting with a couple of the team and then an in person interview and presentation, it took a while to prepare the presentation and then really grilled

Why I wanted the job, books and podcasts I’d listened to
Long winded with many stages, assessments and presentations. It's not a place for working class women to break into tech sales especially women of colour. Seems that diversity and inclusion is an area that is seriously lacking but seems to not be addressed in the hiring process. If you want a more diverse team maybe hire more diverse from a range of backgrounds instead of individuals that are from a certain class and gender.
