Entretien
I had a phone interview with a nice recruiter which went great. She invited me to take an online assessment which took about 40 minutes. I really enjoyed the assessment because it was challenging and when I reviewed my results I learned I was more extroverted than I thought I was! I then went to the store and met with the manager, had an interview, and then shadowed the team on the sales floor. It was a lot of fun! After that, I got to meet the owner of the company in a group interview and she was so nice!

Entretien
Informal, friendly conversation. The manager and assistant manager were both present. I felt comfortable to discuss my skills and abilities as well as questions about the position. It was a nice interview. There was a secondary interview with the owner of the business. It was nice to get to know the family behind the business a little bit.
