Firstly and above all I have replied to an email of job opening in that company with my resume. Then the HR called on my no. & told me that I have to face personal interview. The PI went under dark conditions (which is first time in my life that I gave an PI with failure of electricity) in that office. After a week or so I got confirmation about my selection from HR. (I called the HR though, they were too busy that they forgot an applicant gave an interview and he is shortlisted)
