Applied online, the next week received a pre-screen questionaire. A few days later invited to a group interview. The interview was 25 candidates, stood up to answer questions 3 times.. 1.) introduce yourself & why nursing 2.) interview person sitting next to you and present thier information. 3.) Draw a question out of a basket and answer (behavioral type questions). The whole process took 4 hours. Waited 2 weeks to hear about position.

The interview process started as tell me about yourself and ask all behavioral questions. The panel were all very friendly and professional. They ask if we have any questions for them. They made the experience really comfortable for the new grads.
