The interview process was great. Many of the questions were clinical reasoning questions and questions regarding patient care. Make sure to highlight on strengths and also make sure to discuss some weaknesses if asked.

You sit down with a panel of kaiser professionals, they fire off situational interview questions. I wasn't hired, they took 6 weeks to tell me I didn't get the job which I felt was unprofessional i was invited to interview by they director of the department and was one of two OT's they were considering and have 16 years experience. They told me I didn't have enough experience. Never again will I bother with a kaiser position.
