Online application is relatively extensive and the recruiter reached out promptly. I had the phone call with the recruiter which was pretty straightforward but then didn’t hear from her after. I sent a follow up email 2 weeks later and no response.

Asked about leadership and management experience. Tell me about yourself
There were Numerous interviews by phone and none in person. There were also no interviews outside of the department. The last interaction was to meet for a snack and coffee.
The worst interview I have had in all my career. They said I got the role wrong and I was mistaken. The interview was in an open room with others present who had nothing to do with the interview.
