Submitted application, had one interview (with department head and lead designer) where I presented my work through a prepared slide deck (asked for ahead of time) and was asked questions about my design process. The process of setting up interview was quite rushed (two days after submitting app I scheduled my interview, which was scheduled for two days from then. Got an offer 30 minutes after my interview)
