The process began with an initial phone interview with the recruiter, followed by two in-person interviews (one with staff and another with management), and a final phone interview with the director of the department. The interview process lasted about a month.
The team at Kaiser was very nice. Everyone seemed to really enjoy working there. I left my interviews with the impression that they were looking for candidates that were excited about Kaiser's mission, friendly, and competent.

Entretien
It takes a long time and is thorough. They require a background check. They often tend to favor internal candidates that you don't realize you are up against. Patience is key as there is opportunity.
