Back in late 2002 the interview process was a phone interview, then an assessment test for typing speed and accuracy, and finally a sit down interview.

Initial communication was with HR recruiter via email to set up phone interview. Phone interview took place one week later with HR recruiter. Secondary communication was with HR recruiter to set up testing at main office location. In person interview was set at that meeting based on results of testing. In person interview took place after Christmas holiday. Approximately ten days after interview HR recruiter called with job offer.
