The interview process was a little bit intimidating. It may have just been the interviewers but they seemed very serious and a bit hard to talk to. I was interviewed in a panel of two people. They had me sit in the office and took turns asking questions and jotting down notes.

Why should we pick you for Kaiser over other candidates? What do you have that other people don't have?
Very good and fast process. HR called me to arrange a phone interview with HM. And after that there were two on-site interviews with HM and others. Most questions were about working experience.
