they pretty much want to make sure that there not hiring an idiot. they pay a lot but they expect a lot. if your just into it for the money please dont apply because if you do then your going to hate it. apply because you love what you do and want to excel in your career. kaiser is great they really do take care of there employees. from a-z. the only regret i have is that i didnt apply any sooner.

Probably the best interview I've experienced in 15 years! all attending were warm and welcoming. Very professional yet also very calm environment, great questions were asked and I already felt valued!
