Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kaiser Permanente (San Jose, CA) en sept. 2011
Entretien
I applied on line. I received a call a several weeks later from the hiring Director's assistant. I then had multiple phone interviews and then several on-site interviews. Once I interviewed on-site, it took several months and a lot of follow-up on my part to close the deal. Even after that, the negotiation phase and such were painful to say the least. HR is a process I don't even want to go into.
Overall I would say the interviews themselves were great, but the process after made me want to eat nails. It made the overall experience for me horrible.

Screening interview with the recruiter and two panel interviews. Went fairly quickly. The questions were straightforward and as expected. They had a good focus on what was needed for the job, not anything weird. I really enjoyed the interviews and getting to meet the team. They seem really invested in helping me succeed when I start.

Question 1

Very long and tedious. Too many interviewers whose feedback is not even valid. The interview is somewhat relevant to the position you are applying for but mostly it is very general and sometimes during the process you feel that
