The kainos interview process part 1 I sent my resume to the desired program and in one week I was called in for interview with the program manager she asked me about my experience working with people with disabilities and all my background she was getting a feel of what kind of person I was and how could I benefit the agency and the people the agency service There was a second part of the interview process where I would come back work the following week and work with the people with disabilities on the vocational programs production floor To evaluate my interactions and the interactions of the clients I was trying to teach also how the other Direct service staff felt about me In within a week I got a call offering me the position which I accepted I was asked to go to the main office for I filled out all the required paperwork went over the benefit package If I remember right there was a background check also a physical which I passed
