I am really sorry to hear about your negative experience with Kainos. We always endeavour to provide agencies with feedback directly after the interview so that they can keep the candidate informed. I am sorry that you have not received this.
I am disappointed to hear that the interviewer did not follow the interview approach that all our hiring managers are trained in. I can only sincerely apologise for the experience that you received.
