Final stage interview involved group exercise where presented with a problem and work together to resolve it. Then a technical interview with 2 engineers like a whiteboard and not too difficult using your own ide.
The interview had 3 parts. First, a 20 minute group interview to assess team/communication skills. Next there was a 1 hour competency interview followed by a short technical interview. This was entry-level.
