Intro screening call with hiring manager. Then, full day onsite interview with a round robin of different roles from BDR to CEO. Lunch with a couple of employees during the middle. Company was early stage during my interview so it was a good bit of Q&A on both sides to see if a good potential culture fit. More conversational in nature than getting drilled with typical interview type questions.
