The interview process was incredibly easy and straightforward, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. The interviewer was extremely friendly, approachable, and professional, which helped put me at ease. This welcoming attitude made the entire experience significantly more enjoyable and reassuring, leaving me with a very positive impression of both the process and the company overall.

Question 1
One thing they asked me was how would I react if a child became aggressive and started hitting and or biting.
It was first a quick phone call to confirm previous experience, then it was a group teams interview that went over the basics of the job. They asked about availability and for more information about past experience. They also talked about training.

Entretien
My interview was super weird. It was a group interview with two other people and the interviewer asked us “what is your availability,” “what made you interested in this job,” and “what are some qualities that are important in this role,” and that’s IT. She spent more time talking about the bonus we get from training instead of the actual job. She asked us if we had any questions and waited a split second before promptly hanging up. I went away from the experience not knowing any more about the company than when I went into it. The interview was around 10 minutes long
