Rob (CEO) and a new employee that had never interviewed anyone before was painful. The questions asked were so scripted. The employee asked questions about previous quota and attainment. Rob had no clue what was going on.

I love your jacket. How long have you been in sales? There weren't many questions at all. The interview was more statements about the company culture and how they were different from the previous company partnership.... very odd!
