I reached out to the CFO of the firm via email expressing my interest in the Operations Intern position he had available. It was strictly a word-of-mouth position. Initial Contact was a quick (15-20) minute call where I covered my resume and handled a few market/basic technical questions. I was invited for a formal interview in New York shortly afterwards. Again met with CFO and an associate. 30-45 minute interview that was again pretty straightforward. Good mix of general and technical questions
