Applied online and did an online assessment. Waited for a couple of weeks and received an email confirming I passed the online assessment and was progressed further to an assessment centre.

I had a 1-hour Zoom meeting with a representative from the company, and I found the person to be very friendly and professional throughout our conversation. During the meeting, we discussed various aspects of the role, the company's culture, and how my background and skills align with the position. I also took the opportunity to ask a few questions about their expectations and potential growth opportunities within the company. Although the meeting seemed positive at the time, it took them a long time to respond after our discussion. Unfortunately, I was later informed that I had not been selected for the role. While it was disappointing, I appreciate the chance to learn more about the organization and use this experience to improve for future opportunities.
