The process for the KPMG internship had three stages. First, I submitted an application. Next, I wrote an essay on a given topic to demonstrate my analytical and communication skills. Finally, I had an interview where I answered questions about my background, problem-solving approach, and teamwork experiences. The process was structured and professional, and the interviewer made me feel comfortable.

Doppio colloquio. Il primo conoscitivo e attitudinale, successivamente colloquio con manager/partner di livello tecnico riguardo la funzione che si andrà a svolgere. Colloquio tranquillo, senza particolari difficoltà e domande "scomode"

It was ok, practice would be good, felt like the process was structured well. Questions were not out of the ordinary either, I would have expected a lot of harder ones.
