In the KPMG Ambassador Program, the first step is to submit the application form by answering various open-ended questions. If passed, you are going to attend an assessment session that requires you to do some business-case-related activities with fellow applicants. If passed, you are going to be offered to join the internship program.

In the application form, they asked “Why did you choose to join KPMG?”
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
