Entretien
The interview consisted of two back-to-back interviews. The first interview was a behavioral interview. The second interview was a situational-based interview that featured questions on spreadsheets, working in a team, and business plans. Overall it was a very depersonalized experience.
One 60 minute interview split into two with two different people. One was more experience oriented (going through resume), the other was more situational (time you led a team, time you failed, etc).
