Case study in a group of 4, study and analyse a case based on a real-world situation. Discuss your analysis with the team and present it to the board of directors. Questions and answers after the presentation.
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
