Es gab ein strukturiertes Interview mit typischen Bewerbungsfragen. Die Gesprächspartner wirkten etwas distanziert aber nicht unfreundlich. Sie waren interessiert was der Bewerber bisher gemacht hat. Es wurden keine fachlichen Fragen und Verhaltensfragen gestellt.

Went via a recruiter and then internal interview. It was quite informal as they felt my CV was right for the role and wanted to see if I would fit with the company professionally
Easy, quick and pretty straight forward. Typically accounting questions that you should be able to expect for the role that you’re looking for. Two rounds of interviews, over the phone and then virtual.

The interview process was very structured and organised, with multiple stages that test you logical, numerical and communication skills. You should make sure to prepare for these stages as it helps to feel more confident.
