Entretien
The recruiting process started with a couple of standard and non standard tests: English (writing and comprehension), business knowledge and maths.
After successfully completing the tests, the interview goes through several rounds with the employees from your future team and HR.

There were several "brainteasers" and a business case at the beginning of each round of interview with the future team. Also, there was always a business case to solve.
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
