The following steps were followed with each steps one after another: SJT Numerical Verbal Telephonic Interview with one of the Line managers Launch Pad consisted of report writing ,group activity and one one interview.The day was filled with networking activities where one gets to know the company.

Initial online form, then language and numeracy online test. Had a phone interview. This was mostly competancy based: name a time 'when you had to resolve a conflict', 'change a project midway through'... the usual. I was given a business scenario and had to say how I would handle it (it was exactly the same as one of the multiple choice competancy questions). I was also asked more general points, like how are recent events effecting business and the economy (I talked about oil prices and sanctions in Russia). Also, you need to do real research into the area you've chosen - what exams you might have to take, what you'll be doing day-to-day (how you're supposed to know, I don't know!).
