Primero te realizan una llamada telefónica. Al día siguiente te invitan a participar en una dinámica grupal y en entrevistas personales. En términos generales, el proceso es correcto, aunque el principal aspecto a mejorar es que las entrevistas individuales tienen un tiempo muy limitado, lo que dificulta interactuar de forma natural con el entrevistador y da la impresión de que la entrevista apenas se ha producido.

The interview process for the KPMG internship was straightforward and professional. After submitting my application online, I was contacted for an initial screening. The interview focused mainly on my background, interest in KPMG, teamwork experience, and why I wanted to work in professional services. The interviewer was friendly and made the process feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and not too stressful.
