1st step was with HR and hiring managers/product owner. Overview of the project the role was for and on my background with some technical questions. 2nd step was with the team, more in-depth technical discussion and some C#/OOP trivia. One team member doing most of the questioning did not have their camera on while myself and the rest of the team did, which I find a bit unprofessional. At the end of the interview, the team left me no time to ask them any questions and ended the call. After that I asked for a follow-up and was given a response that they were still analyzing candidates. After another week I followed up again but received no response. Completely ghosted mid-way through the process, extremely unprofessional.
