I applied online directly through indeed, (no needed to submit another resume at their website. And I got an email regarding the interview schedule within three days. And I had given to translate and summarize one article.
It was a 1:3 (interviewers) In-person interview. The questions were pretty much based on my resume, nothing specifically asked on the actual work skills/ job. All candidates dressed very formally.

Typical process. I applied online with resume and cv. Interview was on zoom. They asked to introduce myself in English but all the other questions were Korean. They asked role-specific things like if I had an experience in event planning.
