1. Phone/Initial Interview - This interview was brief and designed to assess whether my skills and experience align with the position requirements. 2. Online Panel Interview: This interview was more in-depth, and it involved meeting with 2 members of the hiring team. 3. Offer and Negotiation: This was the last step. The hiring team extended a job offer.

2 rounds of interviews, 1st round was a phone call - they only asked generic questions and introduced the company and the job position; 2nd round was in person - the interview took 1 hour, they asked questions, introduced the company once again, talked about what they are looking for and so on. There was friendly atmosphere, however, they said they'll contact me within ten days but never heard from them again which is very disappointing.
