After the employer invites the candidate for an interview, they surprise you with a test that precedes the interview. After the test, you get into the room where they'll interview you. The panel usually consists of: 1- Country director. 2- Deputy country director. 3- The employee who's going to give you your training (optional).

Organised and systematic. Included both oral and written tests. Asked interesting interview questions but a bit generalised understanding/ reading of CV and related applications by the interviewers. They prefer someonw with right attitude, personality, rather than the right qualifications.
