I was very impressed by the recruiting process. The interviews are really qualitative, they were well and quickly organized and planned. The quality of the exchanges is high, the questions are relevant, good, challenging and I think a fair way to mesure the value of a candidate. The feedbacks I had were very relevant at every stage. The all process from the first contact with Myriam to the end was extremely professional, pleasant and respectful. From what I saw I think Kmtx is a modern company, human centered, with great team members and a great environment.
