The process was straight forward 1st and 2nd stage interview. When offered the position a few days before starting, they had contacted me and said that they had changed what they were looking for and I was no longer suitable. When questioned, HR gave me a really vague response and still unsure of what's happened apart from the fact I believe it was a lucky escape working for this company!
