Entretien
I submitted my application on indeed a few months prior to actually receiving a call. My initial interview was a quick screening over the phone. From their I scheduled an interview with the Field Marketing Manager. I was offered the position at the face to face interview and contacted by HR shortly after for a step to step introduction on how to use their portal to complete the hiring process.
30 min zoom interview that consisted of questions that were asked so that they could decide if the company and the interviewee would be a good fit. This was done via conversation.

I submitted my application online and received an email about coming in for an interview. Within a week, I went into the office for an interview and received the offer about a week later.

It can be a lengthy process, you have to create presentations and do phone interviews with a few different people before they decide on a hire. There were also some video interviews to go over the material you create for them
