Manager asked for my working hours, flexibility, and examined my ability to remember specific menu items (including their components) and packing standards depending on order size and presence of specific items (e.g. provide fork for cheese fries, spoon for rice bowls, and condiments for each main/fries, etc)

it was great, The interviewer was really nice and approachable. Everything went very smooth. No pressure or anything like that. She also explained about the culture of working in F&B and give me a few advice about it.
