Applied on linkedin, hr then emailed me for my availability. Interview with hr was very informative. Asked questions about my past experiences and gave more detail on the company and position. Next interview was with the hiring manager and a vp of sales. Interview was rescheduled due to scheduling conflict. The first half of the interview with the hiring manager was pretty bland, she has only been with the company for 2 weeks so could not answer much questions and seemed disinterested. After this interview i joined the second link with the bo of sales, he did not show up and then minutes later i received a message from hr stating he could not make it. She asked for times available for the following tuesday then never confirmed the new time. I follow up and received an automated response from hr that they will not move forward with the process. Being that the more informed person on the team no showed the process seemed unfair as their decision was solely based on a person who has only been in the company for 2 weeks
