I applied online using a jobs website. Was contacted a week later asking for a quick phone screen then invited to office a couple days after. They gave me a coding challenge and a computer to use for it. After the challenge the lead developer gave me a tour around the office. They asked me my thoughts on working and what their goals were for the next year or so. Followed up on the position a week later and never heard from them again. The position was re-posted a few days after my follow up so I think I have my answer on how it went. Would've been nice if they communicated what happened.
