Entretien
Initial interview is with the VP of People for 30 mins and then you meet with two customer success managers. So it’s a 2-1 interview for about 45 mins. Then to the hiring manager who has also assigned a project which is essentially a QBR based on some data that they send you. I spent quite some time with the data and the PowerPoint presentation and then had a one hour interview which included my presentation. Then a 30 minute interview with the VP of CS. All to be told “thanks for taking time to discuss the role but it’s a no”. I was like ummm…I didn’t just discuss the role…that was hourssssss out of my life. And when I asked for feedback I was told “we wish you the best”. Like…thanks for nothing!

They asked about experience obviously and the project was just overkill IMO. People should be compensated for that time.
