Interview was very informal. More conversational tone. Gives history of company from prior owners to current owners. If interviewing for a cad drafter, asked to take autocad skills test, less than 15 questions. Basic commands - create a layer & assign color, offset, dimension, etc.

Very nice, welcoming. Cad test to make sure skills are up to par. Interview comes quick and responses are very fast. Be honest about your skills! Should be stressful if your being straight up
