Unstructured. They tell you what will happen as they go. Be aware of JUUL. They will try to brainwash you by saying that their mission is to make people quit smoking and will tell you beautiful stories. Their incentive plans are based on sales volume, no matter where this comes from. I am OK with smokers quitting cigarettes and moving to vaping (although I am not sure that's better), but I am not OK with a lot of people, mainly young people, who started smoking because of vaping. They DON'T care where the volume increase comes from, they don't walk the talk. Just don't fool yourself by saying that you will join Juul because they are doing great things. You are only doing that to justify the higher salary.
