Pathetic interview process, this is what happened - first they send me a mail asking me to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (optional) and select my availability slots for a phone interview. After doing the needful, I get a confirmation e-mail assigning me a completely different interview slot from the multiple options I had selected. Anyway, I clear my schedule to make myself available for the phone interview at 2:00 pm but instead of a call I get an e-mail from them at 2:05 pm saying the position has been recently filled. So to sum up, they have no respect for your time!

The initial conversation with the recruiter went really well. Mostly questions were: Why Juul? Why this role? What are you looking for now? and general background. The next step was to speak with one of the HR leads but a day before the phone interview I received an email from the coordinator that it had to be rescheduled due to other priorities for the HR lead. We reschedule it and I'm on the phone waiting for the HR lead...once she's late I check my email and to my surprise my interview had been cancelled. Yes cancelled 10 minutes prior to my call with the HR lead. Incredibly unprofessional! At that point I had already shut off all distractions so that I could focus on the interview. Apparently the role was put on hold but decided this was a sign that I shouldn't be pursuing a company that sells e-cigarettes after all.
