Met with HR, the hiring manager and the team. Interviewers basically asked me about my background, asked me situational questions and behavioral questions. The hiring manager was rude and a bit dense, not sure how she got this role. The other CRM manager and Lifecycle marketer were kind, but it felt forced, as if they didn't want to interview candidates.
In the end, I didn't get an offer. Not quite sure what this team wants and needs since the position is still available and has been for some time.

Phone interview felt rushed and not very detailed. It seemed like they asked questions they knew the answer to but didn't quite know how to formulate solid questions to an employee in the space.
