Three interviewers. All three had different ideas about the primary responsibilities of the job. All were fairly cordial and welcoming. The job description did not align with the expectations that each employee had for the person stepping into this role. "We're looking to hire an expert" "the environment is incredibly challenging and fast paced- it will be difficult". Not he most inspiring language.

The interview lasted for 30 minutes and was conducted over the phone with the HR department. The colleague conducting the interview was exceptionally friendly and covered all the standard questions.
