The process was very clear and quick. Initial phone screening set up a week after sending my resume. This was followed by an onsite which consisted of 4 individual interviews for a total of 2-2.5 hrs. It was clear from the type of questions they were asking that the company puts a lot of effort into hiring good talent and genuinely wanted to see you succeed in an environment that is right for you. I walked away feeling like they did a very thorough job of checking my qualifications while also asking me about what I was looking for in a new company as an employee. They were also very prompt with all forms of communications. Overall, great experience!

Received an email to schedule a phone interview. I picked a time and when the day came the individual called me 30 minutes late! He asked about my work and experience and stated it sounds like I would be good in another department. He then informed me that he would forward my resume and I would hear from them the following week. Never happened! I sent an email and no response! Unprofessional!

The interview process as Justworks was pretty simple. I had applied online via their website and got a response from a recruiter who scheduled my phone interview. I spoke with a sales development manager and it was a very pleasant conversation and went well. I was then invited to come into the office for the onsite interview where I met with the SDR Trainer, and 2 SDR Managers to go over my work experience and why I wanted to work at Justworks. It was a pleasant experience meeting everyone and going into the office and then things got bad.
A week and a half go by and I don't hear back from the HR recruiter at all. I know that HR cannot reach out to every applicant for the role but they should have the decency to update candidates that they bring in for on site interviews in a timely manner. Only after I took the initiative to reach out to the recruiter about my status was I informed that they were not moving forwards with my candidacy. I'm fine with rejection but it is a common courtesy to keep applicants who have taken the time and effort to come into the office in the loop. I found this to be very unprofessional.
